Outerwear is where embroidery earns its premium: a stitched logo on a jacket survives years of daily wear that would crack a cheap print. The complication is lining. On a fully lined or waterproof jacket you cannot simply hoop the chest panel, because the needle has to pass through the lining too, so the job needs the lining opening and closing again by hand or the logo applying as a finished backed patch. We will tell you which approach your jacket needs at quote stage, because it affects both the price and the lead time and nobody likes finding that out later.
