How Decoration Works

Every garment we sell can be customised with your logo or design. Embroidery and print are done in house in Wolverhampton — no middlemen, no delays — and nothing goes into production until you've approved a free digital proof.

1. Pick your garments
Choose from 4,000+ styles across 50+ trusted brands — sizes and colours priced ex VAT with automatic bulk discounts.
2. Add your decoration
On the product page choose embroidery or print, pick the placement, and upload or describe your logo — the walkthrough below shows exactly how.
3. Approve & relax
We send a digital proof before anything hits the machines. Reorders reuse your stored logo — you never pay set-up twice.

The decoration form, explained

This is the form you'll see on every product page once you've chosen your sizes:

  1. Decoration type Embroidery (stitched, hard-wearing — ideal for polos, sweats and outerwear) or print (crisp and lightweight — ideal for tees and hi-vis).
  2. Logo setup First time with us? Choose “Brand new logo” and we'll digitise it (£20, one-off). Already ordered before? “Existing logo” reuses your stored artwork — no set-up fee.
  3. Upload your logo Drop in whatever you have — PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI or EPS. No file? Describe it in the notes and we'll sort it.
  4. Placement Left breast, sleeves, nape or a large back print — each shows its price per garment before you commit (from £3.00; back placements £6.00).
  5. Logo notes Anything we should know — thread colours, text to add, sizing. It all appears on your proof.
Nothing is decorated until you approve your free digital proof — emailed to you before production starts.
