Events run to a fixed date, so the only number that really matters is the artwork deadline rather than the delivery date. Work backwards: customised orders take 3 to 10 working days from logo approval, and approval only starts once the artwork is with us in a usable format, so a late file eats the buffer, not our production time. Tell us the event date at the enquiry stage and we will tell you the last day we can take artwork, in writing.
