Ordering with customisation — how long it takes

Non-customised orders work on a next-day basis (order by 3pm). Customised orders follow this journey:

Artwork proof
New logos are digitised and a digital proof emailed to you

Nothing is decorated until you sign off the proof

Production & dispatch
Decorated in house, quality-checked and shipped
Up to 10 working days

If your logo is already on file from a previous order, we move straight to production once your order is confirmed.

Need it by a date soon? Express customisation service is available for an extra charge. Please contact us for a quotation.

Cancellations & returns

Cancellation may be made with written consent on terms that indemnify Clothing Wear Ltd against losses.

What can be returned

  • Any item bought from our website (excluding special colours or sizes) within 30 days of delivery
  • In its original packaging and suitable for resale
  • We pay the return carriage for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the goods are faulty

What can't be returned

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed faulty:

  • Goods that have been embroidered or printed
  • Goods assembled in line with your requirements
  • Goods specially procured to your requirements that do not form part of our website range
Returns of undamaged, non-defective products carry a restocking fee of 15% or £25.00 (at our discretion) plus £15 carriage per box.
