Guernsey Post came to us for a full rebrand of their operational uniform. We designed the range and had it manufactured in the UK: high-visibility polo shirts, jackets, shorts, trousers and zipped sweatshirts, built to ISO 20471 where the role calls for it.

The detailing came from how the job is actually done. Logos are reflective printed so they read in headlights as well as daylight, cargo pockets were re-cut to open from the top so a courier can pull a scanner out one-handed, and every garment is Pantone matched to the Guernsey Post brand colours.

Day to day the team orders on a call-off basis through a bespoke online portal. We hold the stock, automated alerts flag when a line runs low, and Guernsey Post receive periodic spend and statistical reporting so they can see exactly where the budget goes.

Little Dessert Shop has grown past 63 stores and is still opening, and we supply the uniform across the estate: bespoke ties made to their brand, embroidered aprons, shirts, chefswear and hats.

The point of the programme is that head office does not have to run it. Franchise managers have their own access to a bespoke ordering portal, with the range, sizing and pricing already set, so a new opening or a new starter is handled at the location in a few minutes rather than going through the centre.

Spend and order reporting goes up to the group CEO, so the business keeps full visibility of what every site is spending without anyone at head office having to place an order.

We produce, warehouse and supply embroidered and printed polo shirts, sweatshirts, trousers, fleeces, shirts and jackets for Fuchs across more than 25 UK sites, all on a call-off system so every site draws from stock we hold for them.

Alongside the core uniform we handle ad hoc ordering for umbrella brands, trade shows and special events.

Approved users order through the portal and pick the delivery address at checkout, which keeps a multi-site order to a couple of clicks. Undecorated items ship next day; bulk embroidered and printed orders are delivered within five working days.

Tommies Childcare asked us to take on branded staff uniform for ten locations, and to help with a full uniform rebrand at the same time. We sourced products to match their brand colours and the designs they wanted, then set the range up for repeat ordering.

Before anything was stitched we produced professional design proofs: full visual mock-ups of each layer of the uniform in the proposed colours, so the team could see the whole range together and sign it off with confidence.

Approved managers order through their own online portal with delivery straight to their branch, so new starters and existing staff have uniform on site within five working days.

We produce embroidered aprons, hospitality shirts, chefs' jackets and chefs' hats in bulk for Jolly Catering's event and catering teams. Orders run to several thousand aprons at a time, several times a year, finished to the standard the industry expects and delivered within five working days at competitive rates.
