Squad kit is a numbering job as much as a branding one, and it is worth getting the list right first time. Every name and number is a separate setup, so a squad list that changes after production has started is the one thing that genuinely delays a kit order. Send the full list with sizes at the enquiry stage and we will lock it. The other point specific to this category is fabric: technical wicking polyester is stretchy and heat sensitive, so a stiff, thick print cracks as soon as the garment is worn and stretched. We use a process that flexes with the fabric and cure at a temperature the fabric will take. Decorated in house in Wolverhampton, West Midlands with a free digital proof first.
