The question worth asking before you order is which print process you are actually paying for. Screen printing has a setup cost per colour but a very low cost per garment, so it wins on long runs of the same design. DTF has no screen setup at all, so it wins on short runs, on full colour artwork and on orders where the sizes and colours are all mixed. Somewhere in the middle there is a crossover, and it moves depending on how many colours your design has. We will work out which side of it you are on and quote the cheaper one rather than defaulting to whichever suits us.
