Decorating caps and beanies
Caps are embroidered on a cap frame rather than a flat hoop, working around the curve of the panel and the seam up the centre front. A design drawn for a chest has to be redrawn to fit the front panel of a cap, so we rework the artwork for the shape rather than shrinking it and hoping. Beanies are decorated flat, usually on the turn-up.
This Beechfield style comes in 4 colours and sizes S/M to M/L . Artwork is digitised in house and held on file, so a second order is a reorder rather than a fresh set-up. No minimum order, and bulk pricing applies automatically as quantities rise.

Embroidery and DTF/screen print, all done in house. Upload your logo at checkout or add notes above — we send a free digital proof before anything is decorated. You only pay logo set-up once.

Blank, unworn stock can be returned within 30 days. Decorated and bespoke items are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty. Read the full returns policy.
