100% Organic cotton twill. Contains 100% certified organic cotton. Protection against sunlight – UPF50+. Unisex styling. Stitched ventilation eyelets. TearAway label for easy rebranding. Available in two sizes – S/M and L/XL.
Decorating caps and beanies
Caps are embroidered on a cap frame rather than a flat hoop, working around the curve of the panel and the seam up the centre front. A design drawn for a chest has to be redrawn to fit the front panel of a cap, so we rework the artwork for the shape rather than shrinking it and hoping. Beanies are decorated flat, usually on the turn-up.
This Beechfield style comes in 8 colours and sizes S/M to L/XL . Artwork is digitised in house and held on file, so a second order is a reorder rather than a fresh set-up. No minimum order, and bulk pricing applies automatically as quantities rise.
