Specification
Oversized, boxy fit. Twin-needle stitching at sleeve and hem. Luxurious hand feel. Size label only, for easy rebranding. Side seams (non-tubular). Taped neck. Crew neck. Set-in sleeves.
Decorating this t-shirt
Single jersey is thin and it stretches, which is the whole job here. An over-dense embroidery design will pucker a tee the first time someone pulls it over their head, so we open the stitch out and back it properly — or, more often on tees, print instead. DTF holds fine detail and full colour with no minimum, and screen printing takes over once a run is large enough to be worth the set-up.
This AWDis Ecologie style comes in 5 colours and sizes XS to 2XL . Artwork is digitised in house and held on file, so a second order is a reorder rather than a fresh set-up. No minimum order, and bulk pricing applies automatically as quantities rise.
