Specification
100% cotton pre-shrunk jersey knit. Seamless twin needle 3/4 collar. Taped neck and shoulders. Tearway label. Twin-needle sleeve and hem bottoms. Quarter-turned body to eliminate centre crease.
Decorating this t-shirt
Single jersey is thin and it stretches, which is the whole job here. An over-dense embroidery design will pucker a tee the first time someone pulls it over their head, so we open the stitch out and back it properly — or, more often on tees, print instead. DTF holds fine detail and full colour with no minimum, and screen printing takes over once a run is large enough to be worth the set-up.
This Gildan style comes in 30 colours and sizes XS to XL . Artwork is digitised in house and held on file, so a second order is a reorder rather than a fresh set-up. No minimum order, and bulk pricing applies automatically as quantities rise.
