Specification
Self fabric neck. Taped shoulder seams. Twin-needle stitching around front neck. Self-coloured inserts to sleeve with self-coloured flat-locking. Contrast binding. Straight hem. Slight dropped hem. Gamegear® adhesive back neck label. Twin-needle hem and cuffs.
Decorating this t-shirt
Single jersey is thin and it stretches, which is the whole job here. An over-dense embroidery design will pucker a tee the first time someone pulls it over their head, so we open the stitch out and back it properly — or, more often on tees, print instead. DTF holds fine detail and full colour with no minimum, and screen printing takes over once a run is large enough to be worth the set-up.
This Kustom Kit style comes in sizes L to L . Artwork is digitised in house and held on file, so a second order is a reorder rather than a fresh set-up. No minimum order, and bulk pricing applies automatically as quantities rise.
