Specification
Combining the benefits of easy care fabric and superior retro reflective tape providing comfort and styling. With cotton on the inside for comfort and polyester on the outside for maximum durability, this fabric is highly breathable ensuring a comfortable temperature is maintained at all times. All necessary requirements are guaranteed to be met for the latest EN ISO 20471 standard.
Decorating this t-shirt
Single jersey is thin and it stretches, which is the whole job here. An over-dense embroidery design will pucker a tee the first time someone pulls it over their head, so we open the stitch out and back it properly — or, more often on tees, print instead. DTF holds fine detail and full colour with no minimum, and screen printing takes over once a run is large enough to be worth the set-up.
This Portwest style comes in 2 colours and sizes S to 3XL . Decoration is planned around the certified areas. Artwork is digitised in house and held on file, so a second order is a reorder rather than a fresh set-up. No minimum order, and bulk pricing applies automatically as quantities rise.
