Decorating this t-shirt
Single jersey is thin and it stretches, which is the whole job here. An over-dense embroidery design will pucker a tee the first time someone pulls it over their head, so we open the stitch out and back it properly — or, more often on tees, print instead. DTF holds fine detail and full colour with no minimum, and screen printing takes over once a run is large enough to be worth the set-up.
This Tombo style comes in sizes XS to 2XL . Artwork is digitised in house and held on file, so a second order is a reorder rather than a fresh set-up. No minimum order, and bulk pricing applies automatically as quantities rise.

Wash at 40 degrees. Wash as Synthetics. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Wash dark colours separately. Wash and dry inside out. Re-Shape while damp. Do not use fabric softener. Dry out of direct heat and sunlight. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron on reverse.
